If we abuse our bodies through alcohol, drugs, tobacco, or other substances, we will not be able to receive clear guidance from the Spirit. We also need to be careful about the food we eat and make sure we are getting the nutrients our bodies need. The better we take care of our bodies, the better we will be able to serve others and fulfill our divine potential.
